Free Guest Day
Free guest day is when you may bring a friend, relative, or co-worker for a FREE visit to the club. We encourage you to show other people the benefits of regular exercise. No guest pass is necessary, just come inside and fill out a guest waiver.

Open Wallyball Challenge
Come play some Wallyball with us every Monday and Wednesday night from 6pm to 9pm on court #6. We put the net up and thrown in the ball for a night fun exercise. Wallyball is just like Volleyball except it is played inside a racquetball court. Come try it, you will like it.
