Open Wallyball Challenge
Come play some Wallyball with us every Monday and Wednesday night from 6pm to 9pm on court #6. We put the net up and thrown in the ball for a night fun exercise. Wallyball is just like Volleyball except it is played inside a racquetball court. Come try it, you will like it.
Step Challenge-Group Exercise Class Time: 5:30am - 6:30am Central Location: Aerobics Room
Step Challenge - High and low intensity fat burning cardiovascular workout incorporating benches. More intense than regular step class. This class is taught by Candace.
Yoga Stretch-Group Exercise Class Time: 9:00am - 10:00am Central Location: Aerobics Room
Yoga Stretch -This class is designed for the early morning riser who enjoys yoga mixed with some pilates movements to strengthen the core muscles of the body. Join us every Monday morning for this new and refreshing class. This class is taught by Candace.
Silver Sneakers Level 1 - Group Exercise Class Time: 10:30am - 11:30am Central Location: Aerobics Room
Silver Sneakers® I - muscular strength and conditioning using a chair. Some movements standing behind the chair involved. Mostly upper body strength using light weights, elastic tubing and a ball. This class is taught by Candace and Chris.
Cardio Combo-Group Exercise Class Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm Central Location: Aerobics Room
Cardio Combo - Overall cardio class followed by strength training which will keep your body moving. This high energy variety class may include step, hi-lo aerobics, circuit or interval training and occasionally a little Zumba. This class is taught by June.
