Warranty and Returns Policy

We will be happy to exchange or give a credit or refund on any merchandise that you are not completely satisfied with. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new and unused condition in the original packaging and accompanied by your receipt. We cannot credit or refund shipping costs.

Racquetball racquets have a limited one year warranty from the date of purchase by the consumer. If a racquet frame has broken resulting from normal play due to a manufacturing defect in workmanship or materials within that period the manufacturer will, solely at its discretion, provide replacement for the product. The racquet must be returned strung, without head cover and accompanied by your receipt for inspection by the manufacturer. Any racquet which shows signs of abuse or alteration will invalidate the warranty.

If you feel that any other product has torn, worn out or broken prematurely you may return it accompanied by your receipt for our inspection. If a replacement is authorized, it will be replaced at no charge. You will be charged for shipping only.
